"HR at the service of innovation" by M2RH
The M2RH 2025/2026 class is preparing its annual"Empreinte RH" event at the IAE on June 4 at 5:30pm, in partnership with Espace MAPP, an association of HR managers from the largest employers in our region.
Throughout the year, students have carried out research and field surveys, which have been recorded in a white paper.
The topics covered were
- Chapter 1: Managing inventors - How can organizations develop and mobilize inventors' expertise throughout their careers to support the innovation dynamic?
- Chapter 2: HRM at the service of expert learning - How can knowledge transmission be structured to support incremental innovation?
- Chapter 3: HR for innovation in multidisciplinary scientific teams
- Chapter 4: Management and innovation culture - What are the organizational and managerial conditions necessary for the emergence of intrapreneurship, and why do these conditions remain difficult to achieve in established companies?
- Chapter 5 - Agile and collaborative ways of working - New ways of working and innovative team performance
All students will speak at this event.
