Business creation and development, now known as entrepreneurship, have always been at the heart of the IAE Aix-Marseille's DNA.

Today, we're deploying our entrepreneurial initiatives with the support of a major socio-economic and cultural ecosystem. Why not join us?

All our training programs can include the company as a partner:

• the testimony of a manager to illustrate a course;
• the creation of a workshop in which the company presents a real managerial problem it is facing. Teams of students then prepare a recommendation and present it to the company;
• the teaching of all or part of a course by a professional.

Career Days: training by recruitment professionals

Career Day MSc 1: "Raconte toi" - Preparing application tools for your internship and job search (September 19, 2024, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm)
Organized for first-year students, this day focuses on needs related to the search for internships, apprenticeships and jobs. Job search techniques, tools - CV and cover letter - and recruitment interviews are covered. Students are coached directly by some 15 recruitment professionals (including executives from Airbus, Crédit Agricole, Orange, etc.) in small-group workshops. The aim of the day is twofold: to give each student the CV and cover letter they need to respond to a job offer, and to help them succeed in their recruitment interview.

Career Day MSc 2: "Raconte ton entreprise" - Understanding the regional economic fabric with an international dimension (October 3, 2024, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Once they have acquired the research tools they need in the first year, students take part in a second day to learn about the institutional discourse of companies in the region. In the form of conferences lasting around an hour, they attend presentations by professionals who inform them about their company's culture, its various professions, and career development opportunities. Examples of career paths are also presented. The aim of the day is to facilitate exchanges between students and HR managers and/or alumni from various companies in the region, from fast-growing SMEs (Ponant, Mychezmoi, Avis Vérifiés) to large groups (CMA CGM, Airbus).

Professional conferences are designed to build and reinforce our students' professional culture:

• knowledge of the realities of employment and recruitment (key figures, practices, etc.)
• a pragmatic, in-depth look at the major professions in each business sector
