The EFMD, a global network of 30,000 management professionals shaping the future of management education. EFMD connects business schools and companies committed to responsible leadership, high-quality standards, and impactful management practices. Accredited EQUIS since 1999, IAE Aix upholds EFMD’s values of community, excellence, impact, and purpose, fostering continuous improvement, meaningful collaboration, and socially responsible management education.

EHRM is a high-quality European consulting program focusing on organizational behavior issues. It provides international consulting experience in the field of human resources management (HRM). The program brings together participants and professors from leading European business schools and universities to provide relevant HRM and consulting skills and conceptual tools through intensive classroom sessions and consulting projects for multinational companies in Europe.

Since its inception, the EHRM program has been a great success with students and multinational companies alike.

IAE Aix is a proud member of the International Teachers Program (ITP), the world’s leading training program for management educators. Originally created by Harvard Business School and now run jointly with EFMD, the ITP brings together top business schools across North America, Europe, and Asia to advance innovative, high-impact teaching.
As part of this global consortium—including INSEAD, HEC Paris, IMD, CEIBS, ISB, Kellogg, LBS, NYU Stern, SDA Bocconi and the Stockholm School of Economics—IAE Aix contributes to developing the next generation of outstanding, internationally minded management educators.

Aix-Marseille University is a partner of UArctic, a Finland-based international network uniting more than 160 universities and research institutions dedicated to Arctic education, research, and sustainable development.
