    At the crossroads of strategy and people, our team plays a vital role in the smooth running and development of the institution. As a true local partner, we support staff on a day-to-day basis, whilst helping to implement the IAE’s strategic directions and projects.
    Working alongside you to offer advice, ensure your processes are sound and facilitate your projects, we are involved in the human resources management of all staff, ensuring legal procedures are followed, as well as in general affairs and the secretariat of the IAE’s management team.

  • Communication

    The Communications Department helps to raise the profile and appeal of IAE Aix. It promotes the institution’s identity and values, its courses and areas of expertise, its projects and its community to its various audiences, both in France and internationally.   • Quality Department & Accreditations

    The Quality Department supports IAE Aix-Marseille in the continuous improvement of its operations and the quality of its courses and services.

    Our role involves, in particular, gathering and analysing feedback from various stakeholders, monitoring the improvement measures put in place, supporting teams in their quality initiatives, and contributing to IAE’s accreditation and evaluation processes.

    In particular, you can contact us to:

    • report any difficulties or issues you have encountered at the IAE;
    • send us a suggestion or an idea for improvement;
    • obtain information on satisfaction or graduate employment surveys;
    • ask a question about the IAE’s quality assurance process.

    Your feedback is invaluable: it enables us to identify areas for improvement and to make tangible improvements to the student experience.

    The International Relations Department develops and coordinates IAE AIX’s international strategy: academic partnerships, student and staff exchange programmes, and support and integration for international students.

  • Careers and Corporate Center

    The Career & Corporate Centre is the department that supports students on their career development journey to help them enter the world of work. As such, the Career & Corporate Centre team offers advisory sessions, talks, workshops and meetings with companies. It also provides information on work-study schemes and work placements, and oversees contracts and agreements. It updates the Jobteaser job board, which brings together job vacancies and all the centre’s communications aimed at students.
    We are also available to assist companies with their recruitment efforts and to help raise the profile of their employer brand within our school.

  • Admissions recruitment

    The Admissions Department develops and coordinates IAE Aix’s strategy for promotion and student recruitment: representing the institution at fairs and events, promotional activities with partners, conferences and meetings, and providing support and guidance to applicants wishing to pursue or resume their studies, both in France and internationally.
    The department oversees all activities relating to student recruitment, admissions and engagement, both in France and internationally.
    The department is your first point of contact with the institution.

    The IAE’s Student Affairs Office is responsible for the administrative and academic management of students, from enrolment through to graduation, ensuring compliance with academic regulations and procedures. It supports academic staff, lecturers and students in monitoring study programmes, organising teaching and managing the various stages of students’ academic journeys.

  • Security – Logistics

    The Security and Logistics Department is responsible for the day-to-day management of the campus’s logistical resources: reception, post, supplies, furniture, service vehicles, mobile phones, keys and access badges. It also ensures the security of the site through access control, security guard services, CCTV and intruder alarm systems.
