The MSc in General Management, has been the core defining programme of the IAE since 1955. It prepares students for high-potential career prospects in positions which will test their leadership capacities every day.

This programme will offer recognition of your expertise in project management, your transversal approach of corporate issues and your capacity to encourage intercultural viewpoints and diversity.
The MSc in General Management trains students to use the tools necessary for quick and responsible decision-making in complex, international and evolving corporate contexts.
The programme's In-company workshops, International Seminars, Elective Courses, Team Building sessions and Study Tours will provide the overall, creative and original vision you will need to implement projects that make a difference and bring added-value to your firm and to your career.
Depending on in-coming students, the programme may either be proposed in French (French Track) or in English tuition (English Track).

The employment rate of our graduates is 92% after 3 months and 100% after 6 months. The average salary is around €48,000 (including benefits).

ADMISSION

  • Admission requirements

    Direct entry into 2nd year of MSc :

    • Hold a Master 1 degree or a Bac+4 (240 ECTS) or higher in a field other than economics/management (this course is designed to provide dual skills). We welcome applications from engineers, scientists, pharmacists, lawyers, political scientists, etc.
    • Or hold an equivalent qualification (foreign diploma, VAE)
    • A good command of French and English is expected.

    Recruitment is by online application on our website.

    The application includes

    • English tests: TOEFL or TOEIC or IELTS
    • Non-mandatory but highly recommended items to enhance your application: results of management tests (or, failing that, your invitation to attend): GMAT, or GRE, or TAGE MAGE, Score IAE Message (validity of test results: 3 years)
    • information or documents relating to your career plans, previous studies, internships or positions held. Significant professional experience and international experience will be an added bonus.

    Eligible candidates will undergo a motivational interview with a panel of judges.

    Student fees

    • MSc in 2 years: €8,400
    • Entry to 2nd year MSc (1 year): €4,800

    Executive fee

    • MSc in 2 years: €20,000
    • Entry fee for 2nd year MSc (1 year): €12,000
