The MSc in General Management, the IAE Aix-Marseille's flagship program since 1955, positions you for a high-potential career, where your leadership skills will be in constant demand. The MSc in General Management gives you the tools you need to make rapid, responsible decisions in a complex, international and changing business environment. In-company workshops, International Seminars, Elective Courses, Team Building sessions, Business Games, Challenges and Study Tours in particular, will enable you to acquire a global, original and creative vision, essential to the realization of differentiating projects, with high added value for the company and for your career. Depending on the candidate's language level, this program can be offered either in French (French Track) or entirely in English (English Track).

The program is open to sandwich courses. All students (EU and non-EU residents can benefit from an apprenticeship contract).

The program is partnered with engineering schools to offer double degree courses: Arts et Métiers, Centrale Marseille, etc. As a result, there are many engineering students in the program's cohorts, but a wide range of profiles are also represented: scientists, pharmacists, lawyers, political scientists, linguists, etc.

This program is designed for students with 4/5 years of higher education who have not followed a management course: engineering, law, LEA, psychology, sciences, etc.
