By enrolling in the MSc Finance, Management Control and Reporting, you will be able to play an essential role as an enlightened Business Partner, working at the interface between management and operational staff. You'll be empowered to listen carefully to the company's internal stakeholders and interpret financial and non-financial data to effectively translate and steer its performance towards its strategic objectives.

The program has been designed and developed in close collaboration with the DFCG, the French Association of Financial and Management Control Directors. Half of the courses are taught by outside professionals for the operational aspects, while the other half are taught by professors-researchers for the technical and academic aspects.

The program is based on three fundamental pillars: in-depth analytical and technical expertise (including cost analysis, the budgeting process, IFRS standards, CSR reporting, payroll management, etc.), essential business-related IT skills (such as VBA, Excel, PowerBI, SAP), and interpersonal skills (including the development of attitudes and behaviors adapted to professional life). The MSc Finance, Management Control and Reporting program is available on a work-study basis, and candidates with an engineering background or dual expertise are most welcome.

ADMISSION

  • Admission requirements

    Direct entry into 2nd year of MSc if MSc 1 has not been completed at IAE:

    • Hold a Master 1 degree or a Bac+4 diploma (240 ECTS) or higher. Scientific and engineering profiles are welcome in this program.
    • or equivalent (foreign diploma, VAE)
    • have significant professional experience, international experience and a very good command of French and English.
