Withdraw your diploma

Make an appointment by telephone or e-mail at the above address, and bring the following documents with you on the day of the appointment:

• Pick-up in person: Your photo ID (ID card, passport).
• Pick-up by proxy: the person collecting your diploma from IAE will need to bring the :
  • Diploma request form (download below) duly completed by the graduate.
  • Proxy form (download below) duly completed by the graduate, indicating the identity of the person authorized to collect the diploma.
  • Identity document of the person authorized to collect the diploma on site
  • Copy of the graduate's identity document

For delivery in France (RAR), the request must be made by post to :

• Diploma application form (download below) duly completed by the graduate.
• Photocopy of proof of identity
• A stamp corresponding to a 100-gram registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt
• A rigid envelope, format 24 X 32
• The (yellow) registered mail form with acknowledgement of receipt from the post office: "addressee" section to be completed, making sure to press firmly with the pen.

Requests should be sent by e-mail to: scolarite@iae-aix.com

It will be sent by registered international mail to the French Embassy or Consulate near your home address.

• Diploma application form (download below) duly completed, clearly indicating your personal contact details (email + telephone) and the address of your nearest French Embassy or Consulate.
• Photocopy of identity document
