  • Operational skills

    The course is organized in modules of operational management skills. Each module enables participants to acquire the fundamentals of operational management, as well as to learn about current practices in their field. The modules are built around: corporate financial performance, team management, implementing customer orientation and the ability to undertake and develop a business. Emphasis is placed on business English and TOEIC practice, in a human-scale promotion where collaboration, team spirit and benevolence take pride of place.

    Participants can take this program as part of their company's training plan, individual training leave or, if they wish, on their own. The program runs full-time for six months, starting in January.

ADMISSION

  • Admission requirements

    Prerequisites:

    The program is open to anyone with a Bac to Bac+2 diploma and professional experience.

    • If BAC level, professional experience of at least 5 years.
    • BAC+2 level with at least 3 years' professional experience.

    Anyone with significant professional experience can apply via a Validation des Acquis Professionnels - VAP (consult us).

    Procedure :

    • Interview to assess the suitability of the applicant's personal project and the IAE Aix-Marseille training program.

    • English language assessment
    • The program is directly accessible after completion of 120 ECTS, i.e. a BTS, DUT or equivalent diploma.

    The Executive Licence in Organizational Management can be used for professional retraining or further study, subject to validation of the L3 level by a pedagogical commission.

    Our continuing training department is at your disposal to help you put together your financing plan: Transition Pro, Pass Sud Formation, CPF, etc. If you need personal financing, you can apply to our training financing assistance committee.
