Requesting Exam or Study Accommodations

To set up accommodations, you must contact the University Health Service (SSE) at Aix-Marseille University.
This step is essential in order to benefit from specific arrangements during exams or for your overall study experience.

You can book an appointment directly through your ENT (Digital Workspace) via the tab “rendez-vous en centre de santé”, or through the MAIIA platform by searching for the health center.
Once there, click on médecin généraliste and select the aménagement option to book your appointment.

The full procedure and required documents are attached to this message.

During this appointment, your personal situation and medical documents will be reviewed. The doctor will issue an official recommendation (avis médical) outlining the accommodations deemed necessary.

This medical certificate will be sent by email to both AMU and your faculty, to validate your Personalized Higher Education Plan (P.P.E.S).
