The graduation ceremony
The IAE Aix-Marseille graduation ceremony is held in the Puyricard campus gardens in May every year. Nearly 450, including about 60 international, graduates receive their diplomas at these events, under the sponsorship of IAE Aix-Marseille alumni.
During the ceremony, graduates say and sign the management oath, which IAE Aix-Marseille introduced in 2015. By taking this oath, graduates commit to acting responsibly as managers, being respectful of the environment, and adhering to the main principles that form the basis of our society. These values of corporate social responsibility are at the heart of IAE Aix-Marseille “spirit,” which seeks to promote a more human-centered leadership. Prestigious universities around the world share this vision of management (Harvard, Duke, McGill, MIT, and London Business School) and have also adopted this oath.
